Carrying out, by Enel Global Trading, marketing activities, including market research, direct sales — including telephone sales — the placement of products or services, and the sending of commercial communications relating to the products and/or services offered by Enel Global Trading.

Such activities may be carried out through “traditional” methods (paper mail, operator-assisted calls) or through “automated” contact systems (e.g., email, SMS, etc.).
